"Family Ties"
6' X 12'
Reid Memorial Hospital
Richmond, Indiana
Designed and fabricated by Bright Ideas, Inc.

Reid Memorial Hospital, Richmond, Indiana, commissioned Bright Ideas in 1986 to design, fabricate and install a major stained glass work for the new chapel which was being designed within the hospital. "Family Ties" was created and now provides inspiration and peace to this quiet retreat.

Bright Ideas has designed, built and installed stained glass windows for hospitals, universities, banks, restaurants and businesses for many years. Today's workplace environment is often enhanced by stained glass art.

Indiana University East, Richmond, Indiana commissioned us to build a modern design stained glass window for their newly constructed Springwood Hall in the autumn of 1999. The excitement of this window captures the viewer today.

Two unique projects for the First National Bank of Fremont, Fremont, Indiana, have been designed and executed by Bright Ideas. The first was a complex display of authentic Indian arrowheads and Indian artifacts. The second was an exhibit of very old hand-painted glass slides. Details of this cabinet are included in this section.

"Red Lady" is the name of a real award-winning cow owned by Silvertown in Winchester, Indiana. Bright Ideas recreated her in glass right down to an exact match in the color of her coat. She is regal in bearing and engaging in form!

Many restaurants and bars in the Indiana/Ohio area have Bright Ideas stained glass art works. Check us out!
